  1. I'm certain that this is a CHP. Many of my cotton CHP's don't have sewn in tags like the rayon ones do. This is one of my favorite tablescapes!

  2. Hi Marilyn!

I've always wondered whether this was a CHP, just because of the high quality of the fabric! I'll have to pull this beauty out again and see what I can come up with. I don't have a lot of "square" Fiesta, but I think I might give that a try. :-)

  3. Hi Candy. I have the grey/green colourway and have posted a couple of pics on CMG. Full tablescape hopefully on my blog tomorrow. But I was talking with Marilyn and she tells me there is yet another colourway, similar to the one I have, but with a darker green and black leaves. Something else for us to put on the "look for" list!

  4. It is on my list Becky, amazing how seldom this one comes up for auction, while others are a dime a dozen ... well not a DIME maybe!! LOL

  5. Hi again! I think I could possibly be obsessed with this tc. LOL. In your pics of additional colourways, would you say the second one is a very light ivory in between the two bands of pomegrantes and greenery? I got one in the mail today that appears to be a very light ivory colour in that area. It needs to be washed and it's already dark here, but I will try to look at it in the daylight tomorrow. BTW, sold to me as Simtex, but there is no label. The only one I have with a label is the grey/green colourway.

  6. Evening Becky!

The first two images are of the same cloth.
I puzzled over all the images from that auction and they just are good enough to make a call as to the real color. The thought that kept lingering in my mind was that it was my Yellow version of the cloth that had been ..... dare I say it .... BLEACHED!

NOT going to test it on mine to find out, but I wonder how the red, deep green and bright yellow would look after a heavy dose of bleach? YIKES.

You have it in hand, what are your thoughts?

  7. That should have read "they just are NOT good enough to make a call"

Maybe someday Blogger will get us an edit feature.
